1. Acknowledgement
These Terms of Use are entered into between you and Oshii only, not with Apple. Oshii — not Apple — is solely responsible for the Oshii application and its content.
2. License
Oshii grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your personal Apple devices. This license does not allow you to modify, copy, distribute, or resell the app.
3. Restrictions on Use
You may not use the app to violate laws, infringe on others' rights, distribute malware, or bypass security measures.
4. Maintenance and Support
Oshii is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the app. Apple has no obligation in this regard.
5. Warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranty. If it fails to operate properly, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. Oshii remains responsible for all other claims.
6. Claims Responsibility
You acknowledge that Oshii, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any third-party claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
If a third party claims the app infringes intellectual property rights, Oshii alone will handle the investigation, defense, and settlement.
8. Legal Compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited parties.

10. Third-Party Services
The app integrates TikTok, RevenueCat, and other third-party services. By using the app, you agree to comply with their respective terms. Oshii is not responsible for third-party content or services.
11. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
